The heel relief positioning cushion is made of low-granulometry polystyrene microbeads or 100% polyester hollow fibers with a silicone coating. It is used to protect the heel area of people who are bedridden in a lying position on their back, and/or in the event of lower limb surgery (hip surgery, knee surgery, etc.). It helps stabilize the ankles and knees, relieves the heel area that is starting to deteriorate and relieves necrotic heels.
 The fiber cavity gives a large volume to the filling, thus providing great softness, insulating properties and very great lightness.
